Shipping

Leia James offers Free Standard Shipping within Canada over $200.00. With shipping costs continually on the rise, a flat rate of $15.00 is charged on any order under $200.00. Please be advised that your shipment may take 3-7 business days to arrive. 

Local Pick-up

If you have placed an order for pick-up, you will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and ready for pick-up, including the address of pick up location (make sure to check your spam folder!) Your name will be on the bottom of the bag. 

Returns

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if something isn't just perfect or you require a different size, I'm more than happy to offer exchanges or a refund to original method of payment. 

Items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 14 days of your order delivery date in order to receive a full refund. If it is after 14 days, you are eligible for a store credit. Any returns after 30 days are considered final sale.

If you are local, you can drop off at the same address you picked up from.

If you are not local, you can return by mail to the address listed below (at the customers expense).

Items will be refunded in full once received. All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds can take up to 3-10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
